Super 2 Release Debut Album Titled “G HIGH”
Hip Hop duo Super 2 recently released their debut album G HIGH on Yaheard Records. The group consists of Marchitect and DJ Trubb, who split the production and lyricism equally on their first release.
The album G High manages to deliver a sound that’s cutting edge and innovative yet, with a Hip Hop familiarity that makes you feel like it has always existed. Super 2 managed to make a cohesive debut effort, that feels more congruent and deeper than just a collection of records compiled.
Before coming together to from Super 2, Marchitect was one half of the chart topping Hip Hop group The 49ers. DJ Trubb earned a reputation for his turntablism as he built a name for himself as a Philadelphia area live event DJ. This range of experience between the two, allows both group members to contribute equally to the groups rather unique sound.
